Directions to Woodpecker Ridge

FROM INDIANAPOLIS:
FROM THE SOUTH-SIDE AT I-465 & U.S. 31:
Take 31 south to the first stop light south of 465. Go right or west .9 miles to stop light. This is State Road 135 South. Take a left and follow 135 South through several small towns for 39 miles. (135 turns sharply at the stop light in Morganstown. Don't miss your turn!) At the stop light in Nashville, go right or West on Main Street. See directions from Main Street at bottom.
FROM I-65 AT COLUMBUS
Take 46 West (this is exit #68 off of I-65) from Columbus for 16 miles until you reach the stoplight at the T Road in Nashville. At that light turn right or North on 135 North. Go to the first stoplight which is Main Street. Turn left or West on Main Street.
FROM MAIN STREET & 135 IN NASHVILLE
(Main Street is at the stoplight by the courthouse)
Follow Main Street West, which winds a little and turns into Helmsburg Road. Take this road for 1.5 miles. At the bottom of a hill is Country Club Road. Turn left on Country Club Road. Go 1 mile. Just past Lower Owl Creek Road, at the top of a huge hill is Woodpecker Ridge. Depending on the time of year, you can usually see the three cabins on the left. Our mailbox is the large stone and cedar shake pedestal on the left. Turn left into the drive just past the mailbox and leave your worries behind you.
